Discover the Freshness of Frozen PBMCs. An Assessment of Cryopreservation Impact on T Cell Activation

Understanding the impact of cryopreservation on performance of PBMCs is critical. This study focuses on assessing functionality of PBMCs after cryopreservation in standard immune cell based assays. Here, we demonstrate that cryopreserved PBMCs are reliable, deliver reproducible data, and maintain functionality. Utilizing isolated PBMCs directly from donation may not be as necessary as believed.
