HEPES Buffer GMP (1M), contains 238,3 g/L HEPES buffer in normal Saline, 100 mL. HEPES buffer GMP is designed for use in open vessels incubated under a™ospheric conditions. HEPES buffer GMP (N’-2-Hydroxyethylpiperazine-N’-2 ethanesulphonic acid) behaves as a zwitterion. The sodium chloride concentration of HEPES buffered medium has been reduced in order to maintain the same Osmolality of the original media formulations.
